This Privacy Policy explains how Elavere Life & Retirement ("Elavere," "we," "us") collects, uses, and protects information you provide through this website.

Information we collect

Information you give us. When you complete a form or call us, we collect your name, contact information, state of residence, age range, coverage objective, preferred appointment time, language preference, and anything else you choose to tell us.

Information collected automatically. Our website and analytics tools may collect your IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, referring website, and campaign parameters such as utm_source and gclid.

What we do not collect on this website. This site does not collect Social Security numbers, driver's license numbers, bank account or payment card numbers, or detailed medical history. Information of that kind is collected only through an insurance company's secure application system after you have chosen to apply.

How we use it

• To respond to your request and contact you about life insurance and annuity products
• To prepare quotes and, with your authorization, submit applications to insurance companies
• To provide ongoing service, including policy reviews and claim assistance
• To meet our recordkeeping and regulatory obligations as a licensed insurance agency
• To measure how our advertising performs

How we share it

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We do not share leads with third-party marketers, lead aggregators, or other agencies.

We share information only with: the insurance company or companies you ask us to obtain quotes from or apply to; service providers who operate our systems under contract, such as our customer relationship management and scheduling platforms; and where required by law, regulation, subpoena, or a state insurance regulator.

Text messages and calls

If you consent, we may contact you by phone, text message, and email, including through automated technology. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply and message frequency varies. Reply STOP to any text message to opt out, or tell any agent to stop contacting you. See our Contact Consent page for the full terms.

Mobile information and text messaging

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All of the categories of sharing described in this policy exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Cookies, analytics and third-party services

Google Analytics. This site uses Google Analytics 4, a service of Google LLC, to understand how people use it: which pages are visited, how visitors arrived (for example, from a search engine or an advertisement), the general geographic area, the device and browser used, and whether a form was started or submitted. Google Analytics sets cookies (such as _ga) and assigns a random identifier so it can recognize your browser on later visits. It does not receive your name, phone number, e-mail address, or anything you type into our forms. Google processes this data on our behalf; how Google uses information from sites that use its services is described at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites. We have not enabled Google's advertising features or Google Signals for this site.

Opting out. You can prevent Google Analytics from collecting data by installing the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on, by blocking cookies in your browser settings, or by using a browser or extension that blocks analytics scripts. The site works normally without these cookies.

Other services. Fonts are delivered by Adobe Fonts; when a page loads, your browser requests the font files from Adobe, which records that request (including your IP address) to license and serve the fonts (see Adobe's Adobe Fonts privacy notice). Our hosting provider, Vercel, keeps standard server logs (IP address, page requested, time) to operate and secure the site. We also keep your language preference and, for the length of your visit, details of how you reached the site (such as the ad or link you came from) in your browser's storage so they can be attached to a form if you submit one.

Meta Pixel. This site also uses the Meta Pixel, a service of Meta Platforms, Inc., so we can measure whether our Facebook and Instagram ads lead to visits, calls, texts and quote requests, and so we can show our ads to people who have visited the site. The pixel sets cookies (such as _fbp), records the pages you view and the actions you take on them (for example, that a quote form was submitted — not what you typed into it), and may connect that activity to your Meta account if you have one. How Meta uses this data is described in Meta's Privacy Policy. You can limit it in your Facebook or Instagram settings under Ad preferences (see "Your activity off Meta technologies"), by blocking cookies, or with a browser or extension that blocks tracking scripts.

We do not currently use Google Ads conversion tracking. If we add it, we will update this policy first.

Your choices

You may ask us to correct or delete the information you gave us, ask what information we hold, opt out of marketing contact, and set a preferred contact method and language. Security and retention

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the information. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure. We retain records for as long as required by insurance regulations and our carriers' recordkeeping requirements.

Children

This site is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
