An independent agency, built around one honest conversation
Elavere Life & Retirement helps families in Texas and Iowa put protection and retirement income in place — without the pressure, the jargon, or the sense that something is being left out.

Victor M Robles Soto
Licensed Insurance Producer · Texas & Iowa
I'm Victor Robles with Elavere Life & Retirement. I believe insurance and retirement planning should feel personal, understandable, and free from pressure.
My approach begins with listening, learning who you want to protect, what financial concerns are most important to you, and what comfortably fits your budget. I help individuals and families explore life insurance, final expense coverage, indexed universal life, annuities, and retirement strategies. I also enjoy working with veterans, military families, truck drivers, and people preparing for retirement.
My role is not to push a particular product. It is to explain your options in plain language, compare solutions from multiple insurance carriers, and help you make an informed decision that reflects your goals.
Whether you are protecting your family, preparing for final expenses, or planning for retirement, I'm here to provide honest guidance and help you move forward with confidence.
Why we're independent
Captive agents work for a single insurance company and can only offer that company's products. We don't. Elavere is an independent agency appointed with multiple insurance carriers, which means we can compare what several companies would actually charge you and recommend based on your situation rather than on who employs us.
That matters more than it sounds. Insurance companies underwrite the same health conditions differently. A carrier that quotes aggressively for a 35-year-old in good health may be uncompetitive for a 58-year-old managing a chronic condition. Being independent means the answer to "which company?" can change with the person in front of us.
Bilingual by design, not as an afterthought
Our agent is fully bilingual, and that shapes how the agency operates. Quotes, applications, policy reviews, and claim support are all handled in Spanish when that's what a family prefers. Policy documents themselves are issued by the insurance company and are generally provided in English; we walk through them line by line in the language you're most comfortable in, so nobody signs something they haven't fully understood.
In practice, this often means sitting with two generations at the same table — an adult child who found us online and a parent who will actually own the policy. Both conversations happen, in the language each person needs.
How we're paid, stated plainly
You pay us nothing. When a policy or annuity contract is issued, the insurance company pays the agency a commission, and that commission is already reflected in the premium the carrier charges. Applying directly to the same insurance company would not lower your premium.
We tell you this because compensation differs by product, and you deserve to know that. Permanent life insurance and annuities generally pay more than term life insurance. We've built the agency to recommend the smaller-commission product when it's the right one, and we'd rather you keep a policy for thirty years than buy a bigger one you drop in year seven.
What we don't do
We don't sell your information. Leads submitted on this site stay inside our agency and are never sold, rented, or passed to lead aggregators or third-party marketers.
We don't give tax, legal, or investment advice, and we'll say so when a question crosses that line. We're glad to work alongside your CPA or attorney.
We don't pretend to be something we're not. We're an insurance agency. We're not affiliated with the Social Security Administration, Medicare, or any government agency, and you won't get mail from us designed to look like we are.
How we work
Plain language, every time
If a concept can't be explained in a sentence you'd repeat to your spouse, it hasn't been explained yet.
The guaranteed column first
When we review an illustration with you, we start with what's guaranteed and then discuss what isn't.
Right-sized, not maxed out
A policy you keep for thirty years beats a bigger one you cancel in year seven.
We answer after the sale
The same agent handles your annual review and helps your family at claim time.
Let's find out what this actually costs you.
A short conversation with a licensed agent — in English or Spanish — and you'll know your real options. No cost, no obligation, no pressure.
Submitting a request or calling connects you with a licensed insurance agent who may contact you about insurance products. This is an insurance solicitation.
