These Terms of Service apply to elaverelife.com and to the text message program operated by ELAVERELIFE LLC, doing business as Elavere Life & Retirement (“Elavere,” “we,” “us”). By using this site or opting in to our text messages, you agree to these terms.
Using this website
Information on this site is general and is not an offer of coverage, and it is not tax, legal, or investment advice. Products and rates vary by state and by insurance company. No coverage is in force until an application is approved by the issuing insurance company and the first premium is paid. We are licensed in Texas, Iowa, Wisconsin, Minnesota, Michigan, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Indiana.
You must be 18 years of age or older to submit a form on this site or to opt in to our text messages.
SMS Terms (text message program)
- Program: Elavere Life & Retirement customer care texts.
- Description: if you opt in on our website by checking the optional text message box, we send text messages about your quote request: confirmations, appointment scheduling and reminders, and follow-up from your licensed agent. Messages are sent in English or Spanish.
- How you opt in: the text message box on our forms is optional and unchecked. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchase.
- Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
- To opt out, text STOP to any message at any time. You will receive one confirmation message and no further texts.

- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Age: you must be 18 or older to opt in.
- Privacy: mobile opt-in data is never shared with third parties for marketing. See our Privacy Policy.
